Free Trial Details and Cancellation Policy
We know that the best way to understand the value of any technology investment is to try it for yourself. That's why we're offering you a free no risk, 30-day trial of XCMessential and XCMessential Plus. We're confident that you will start realizing efficiency gains immediately that empower you and your staff to be more productive - making your practice more profitable.
If for any reason you decide that XCMessential is not the best fit for your practice, you may cancel** your service at any time or at the conclusion of the 30-day trial at no cost to you. No payments will be applied to the payment method submitted during sign-up until the end of the trial period (the 31st day).
Upon completion of the setup and checkout processes, you will receive a Welcome Email with details to help you start using your XCMessential site immediately, including your personal username and temporary password. The Welcome Email officially initiates the your no risk 30-day free trial period (please refer to the date stamp on the email at any time for the official start date), and provides the following cancellation information.
**Cancellation
You must send written notification of your wish to cancel your contract to billing@xcmsolutions.com by the end of the 30-day trial period. If you prefer to continue use of XCMessential or XCMessential Plus beyond the trial period, the respective monthly software fees will be applied to the authorized credit card, as well as the one-time setup and service charge of $500 with your first month’s payment.
XCMessential - $95 monthly fee
XCMessential Plus - $150 monthly fee
Additionally, you may cancel your service contract for XCMessential or XCMessential Plus at any time by simply sending written notification of your wish to cancel your contract to billing@xcmsolutions or by mail to:

Receipt of cancellation notice will result in the immediate cessation of future monthly payments and your XCMessential site will terminated at the end of the monthly cycle. Please refer to the Terms of Service for additional Term and Termination details. Personal account and client data will be removed from the system, and cannot be retrieved after termination.
Monthly fees for XCMessential and XCMessential Plus are based on an annual commitment. Termination prior to a full contract year will result in forfeiture of a firm's ability to participate in the monthly payment arrangements offered with XCMessential and XCMessential Plus. Full advance payment for the software and related services, based on applicable rates at the time of reinstatement, will apply.
